Credit card payments are secured using 128-bit SSL encryption. This ensures all credit card details you send to us via the internet will be encrypted. If any other user intercepts the communication, they will only be able to view the encrypted form. This makes it impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorised party as long as your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.

In order to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions, we may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization to perform address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the “bill to” address that you provide matches your credit card address. We also reserves the right, at our discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses.
Refunds policy
We will refund if the product you purchased if it:
- doesn’t work, breaks down or develops a serious fault soon after you buy it
- is not right for the job it’s meant to do
- is different from the description you were given, or
- is different to the sample you were shown.
If any of these things happen to the product we will give your money back if you return it with the receipt (invoice). Alternatively you may agree to exchange the product or have it repaired.
We will NOT refund if you:
- change your mind about a product (e.g. if you don’t like the colour or it isn’t the right size)
- knew, or should have known about a fault before you bought it
- don’t have proof that you bought it (e.g. a receipt), or
- broke or damaged the product by being careless or not following the instructions.
Customs/import taxes & duties
There is no added tax to any purchases made in the UK. All our prices include VAT. For international orders (outside of UK) most countries require payment of customs & import tax/duties. The product is sold by us (in UK) to international destinations (outside of UK) without any added tax (such as VAT). This means you will probably have to pay that tax when the product arrives in your country. Customs will usually contact you and require payment before the product is released to your location. We are not responsible for, nor can we offer any specific advice, regarding any customs related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.
Your greedy bank may charge you extra
Don’t we love banks and their fees? Not so much!!! Your bank may charge extra fees for international processing and conversion rates may be different form the time you place your order and the time your bank processes the payment. This may work in your favour or not.
Please contact your bank first if there are any discrepancies between the amount you see on your invoice and the amount you see in your bank account transactions. Prompt-it® Teleprompters do not charge extra fees and we do not receive more money than displayed on the invoice (in fact, we get quite a bit less as everyone seems to take a piece of the action!)
Thank you
We are committed to offering a great product and excellent service. If you have any comments or would like to know more, please contact us through our website contact form.
